What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and cashier’s checks. If you have questions about other payment methods, feel free to email us at redappleinkmedia@gmail.com 

 Tax Exempt Organization?

We work with tax exempt organizations and will need a valid tax exemption certificate at time of order.

 

Are there minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order requirements pertain to screen printing orders. 
Minimum orders are 25 shirts for this type of printing.

 

Are deposits required?

We require 50% deposit when placing a customer print order.

 

What type of images do you accept?

We require all logos or images to be submitted in the following formats: 
SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG. – 300 DPI for PNG and JPG
If not possible to provide file in above formats, we do offer file conversion. A small fee applies.
